Buying a Dress
- – When trying dresses on please do not wear make-up or false tan
- – All items are bought as seen and are non-refundable
- – Your dress must be collected by the date agreed to
- – We offer a payment scheme but the final date must be adhered to. Small deposit secures
- – Payment by cash/PayPal/bank transfer – no cheques
- We are not responsible for items after they leave the shop
Selling a Dress
Please email the following information for all items you wish to sell
- – when you bought, where, how much you paid, designer & style code. To sell a dress is strictly by appointment only.
- – Sellers details are strictly confidential and will not be given to any third party
- – Sellers must be the legal owner of the item and will be asked to supply personal information that requires a signature. You are advised to insure all your dresses as we are not able to insure what we do not own.
- – For items to be accepted they must be in excellent condition and dry cleaned or freshly pressed
- Items are accepted at the discretion of The Loft Bridal – And must be bought within one/two years at full price
- Admin charge of £10 which is refunable when your dress sells
- If your item has not sold and we have contacted you, you have two weeks to collect or all items shall be donated.
- All items MUST stay in the store for six months before they can be returned to the seller. Early collection will result in a £50 fee.
